Cutter Bay is a waterfront development project located on Highway 55 just east of Bayboro, North Carolina. The property is 20 minutes from New Bern, NC via Highway 55 and the highway is currently being four-laned all the way from New Bern to Bayboro. Highway 55 drives you right into the property as it begins to bend to the southeast; the property has tremendous visibility as a result. Two other large waterfront projects are further east on Highway 55 so all the prospective clients for those two large projects will pass right by Cutter Bay.

The property is a peninsula that provides a large number of waterfront lots. It comprises 577 acres, 163 of which are marshlands. As the marshlands border the perimeter of the property, they provide a tremendous view for the waterfront lots. The property is bordered by the Bay River, Alligator Creek, Trent Creek and Swindell Bay. Swindell Bay provides access to the Pamlico Sound after approximately a fifteen minute boat ride.
